What amount is refunded to me?

If a customer returns the product and requests a refund, the refunded amount will be the price paid for the product (will not be refunded if shipping is charged as per company policy.)

How can I track the status of my refund after returning a product?

When we receive the returned product, our company will verify the defect / damage. After verification, we will notify you via call or SMS on your registered mobile number.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund process after returning the product

We will process your refund upon receipt of the product. When your return is accepted and your refund is processed, we will notify you via call or SMS on your registered mobile number

How and where do I get my refund amount?

Various payment options are given by us:

Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking

If credit card, debit card or internet banking is used as a mode of payment when placing an order, the paid price of the product will be refunded (excluding shipping charges as per company policy.) for the respective credit / Will be credited back. Debit Card / Internet Banking Account at the time of placing order. We initiate refunds within a maximum of 4 working days.
In case of any delay after confirming the refund, contact your bank directly.

If the order was placed using the payment option as cash on delivery, we will refund you the price of payment of the product (excluding shipping charges) via NEFT /Paytm/phonePe/Upi
